One Kenmore Square Boston
The One Kenmore Square Core and Shell Project consists of two office buildings totaling 275,000 SF of adaptable labs and workspace. The project features ground floor retail and multiple rooftop terraces. IKE Electric provided the Building Automation System Control Wiring for each buildings Core HVAC Mechanical Systems in preparation for future tenant lease and fit-out. Gritstone Bio (See Lab Projects) is the first tenant, leasing 75,000 SF of Lab and Office Space in which IKE provided the Building Automation System Control Wiring to properly control and monitor this critical environment.
Parcels O & P
The Parcels O&P Core and Shell Project will consist of a 219,000 SF life science/research and development building, and 9,000 SF amenities building. IKE Electric provided the Building Automation System Control Wiring for each buildings Core HVAC Systems which will consist of AHU’s/EAHU’s, Chilled Water and Hot Water Plant, Process Condenser Water Plant, Energy Recovery Skid, Fuel Oil System, and various Exhaust Systems in the buildings.
CambridgeSide 3rd Floor Lab
This project will convert the 3rd floor of the CambridgeSide Mall into 140,000 SF of leasable Laboratory Space. IKE Electric provided the Building Automation System Control Wiring for the Core HVAC Systems which will consist of AHU’s/EAHU’s, Chilled Water and Hot Water Plant, Energy Recovery Skid, Fuel Oil System, Exhaust/Purge Systems, and various monitoring points for the 3rd floor.
One Alewife IQHQ
One Alewife IQHQ is part of the 16.5 Acre Alewife Park Project that will feature multiple life science and technology buildings on its campus. The One Alewife IQHQ will feature 90,000 SF of Life Science Lab space with the initial project providing the core mechanical systems for future lab space fit outs. IKE Electric provided the Building Automation System Control Wiring which will consist of (5) AHU’s, Lab Exhaust Fan System, Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant with Energy Recovery, VAV’s, Split Systems and Miscellaneous Points.
One Milk Street Boston
The repositioning project consisted of renovations to the Transcript and Franklin Buildings which were previously connected via an infill building. IKE Electric provided the Building Automation System Control Wiring for the Core HVAC System which consists of ERU, Chilled Water and Hot Water Plant, Fuel Oil System and Building Exhaust Systems. This building will be used for future office and retail leased space.
