77 City Point in Waltham is a Class A office building offering 209,707 SF of leasable office space on the RT128 Corridor. IKE recently completed the retrofit of the 4th and 5th floors, as well as the new APPLE Space, where we did the electrical work on the installation of a new HVAC/Building Automation System. These spaces included controls on the new VAV’s and Fan Powered Boxes, VRF System, Process Chiller, Building Exhaust, Split AC’s, Leak Detection, and integration to Building Lighting and Metering Systems.

100 High Street is a 28-Story, Class A office building offering 546,336 SF of innovative workspace in Boston’s Financial District. IKE has provided the Electrical labor to expand the buildings existing Building Automation System on a multitude of Building and Tenant Projects including the High Street Marketplace and Roof Deck, BMO Capital, Hartford Group, and the Consulate of Japan to name a few. We continue to have on-going tenant projects at 100 High Street each year.

125 Summer Street

125 Summer Street is a 22-Story, Class A office building offering 475,000 SF of office and retail space located in the heart of Boston’s business District. IKE has provided the Electrical labor to expand the buildings existing Building Automation System on a multitude of Building and Tenant Projects including the buildings Hot Water/chilled Water Plant, Vestibule and Common areas as well as fit-out leased space for tenants such as Analog Devices, Draft Kings, Haemonetics, Novetta, and Klaviyo to name a few. We continue to have on-going tenant projects at 125 Summer Street each year.

140 Kendrick Street, in Needham, is a Class A office building offering 444,000 SF of leasable office space. IKE recently completed the retrofit of Building A where we did the Electrical work on the installation of a new HVAC/Building Automation System. Building A included controls on (122) VAV and Fan Powered Boxes, (4) CRAC Units, IDF Split Systems, and the Exhaust System.

2 Drydock Avenue, in the Seaport District of Boston, offers 13 Floors and 242,692 SF of leasable office space. IKE recently completed the retrofit of the 12th Floor where we did the Electrical work on the expansion of the existing HVAC/Building Automation Control System. This included controls on the existing AHU, new VAV’s and Fan Powered Boxes, Heat Pumps as well as BTU Metering.
