Our crew is staying busy in this 214-luxury condo building. Washington Village will not fall short on amenities, it will boast 20,000 SF of restaurants, grocery, and retail space as well as a large outdoor green area.

Parcel 28 in Providence, RI is a 249 multi-family Building. IKE Electric provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Control Wiring for the rooftop and Indoor HVAC Equipment. The lobby space embraces a 2-story atrium with a dramatic central fireplace. The second floor houses an interior lounge space that connects to 2 exterior courtyards.

The historic Paragon Mill is undergoing a complete rehabilitation, the 125,000 SF former factory will have 100 living units, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a club room overlooking the Woonasquatucket River, indoor and outdoor community spaces, as well as 3,000 SF of retail space. IKE Electric is providing the HVAC/Building Automation System Control Wiring for the Water Source Heat Pump system which includes Cooling Tower and Boiler Control. Ventilation is being provided by (3) ERU’s on the Roof.

This six-story building featuring 169 apartment residences located along the Moshassuck River in Downtown Providence, steps to the Providence, RI commuter rail station with direct train service to Boston. IKE provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Control Wiring for (169) FCU’s with roof mounted condenser units, Air to Air HP’s and the Ventilation System for the Garage.

Arctic Mill is the preservation and adaptive reuse of a former 19th century textile mill building in West Warwick. IKE Electric is installing the Building Automation System to control the RTU, (135) Water Source Heat Pumps, Boilers, and Cooling Tower. This project will feature 10,000 SF of office and retail space, recreational space, and an onsite brew pub.
