Boston City Hall 1st Floor Renovation
The renovation of the 1st Floor at the historic Boston City Hall was completed in 2023. IKE provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the AHU, VAV’s, schools Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant, (13) RTU’s, (1) MAU, VAV’s, DX Split Systems, Exhaust Systems, and various monitoring points.
Easton Elementary School
The New 148,500 SF Easton Elementary School Project opened in 2022. IKE provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the schools Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant, (13) RTU’s, (1) MAU, VAV’s, Radiant Panels, Split Systems, Exhaust Systems, and Power Metering monitoring.
Essex County Correctional Facility
The Essex Correctional Facility is receiving a HVAC System Upgrade with completion in late 2023. IKE is providing the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the new Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant, (4) DOAS’s, (6) RTU’s, and Exhaust System.
Framingham Fuller School
The New 137,000 SF Framingham Fuller Middle School Project opened in 2022. IKE provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the schools Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant, (7) RTU’s, (1) MAU, VAV’s, Radiant Heating, Exhaust System’s, and various monitoring points.
Westborough DYS Sharp Building
The Westborough Department of Youth Services Sharp Building is undergoing a renovation which includes an upgrade to the building HVAC Systems. IKE is providing the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the (5) New ERU’s and extensive VRF system for the building.
