Clark University MACD
The new Clark University 70,000 SF, Four Story, Center for Media Arts, Computing and Design (MACD) will include a multimedia gallery, augmented reality/virtual reality lab, video game library for researching interactive media and playing games, a makerspace, incubator space, robotics lab, and a data science lab. IKE is providing the electrical wiring to install a state-of-the-art Building Automation System for our BAS Contractor which will provide remote monitoring and control of the Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant with Heat Recovery Loop, Geo Pumping System, Primary AHU, Chilled Beams, FCU’s, Supply and Exhaust Boxers and various monitoring points throughout the building.
Harvard Littauer
The Harvard Littauer Center for Public Administration is currently ongoing renovations to its 1st and 2nd Floors. The project includes the conversion of all the VAV boxes on these floors from existing pneumatic controls to new DDC controls and a new state of the art Building Automation System (BAS). IKE is providing the electrical labor to mount and wire the new BAS system for our Controls Client and the University.
Harvard Gutman Library
The Harvard Gutman Library 2nd Floor renovation brings together the Office of Student Affairs, Career Services, and the Office of Academic Affairs (master's and doctoral programs) so students will be able to access research assistance, writing, communication, academic coaching, career support, international student services, and academic program services all on one floor. IKE is providing the wiring to expand the existing Building Automation System to now control the new Chilled Beam, VAV, FCU, HP, and Radiant Panel HVAC systems for the renovated space.
RIC Horace Mann
RIC Horace Mann underwent a full renovation of the existing building which houses the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development. IKE provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the new Chilled Water/Hot Water Plant, (2) RTU’s, (1) AHU, VAV’s, Chilled Beams, Computer Room AC’s, Exhaust Systems, and Miscellaneous Points.
URI Bliss Hall
The 5 Story URI Bliss Hall was completely gutted and renovated while also adding on another 15,000 SF to the building. IKE provided the HVAC/Building Automation System Controls Wiring for the new Hot Water Plant, (1) RTU, (1) AHU, FCU’s, Radiant Panels, Extensive VRF System for AC, Exhaust Systems, and Miscellaneous Points.
